Do Interesting Things

We live in interesting times. We’re blessed that way.

The world is changing rapidly.

The way we work is changing, the way we live has already changed. Entire industries are crumbling, and more are growing on their ruins. People are empowered to express themselves, to create, to become a part of a global conversation and transformation, in a way that has never existed before.

What will you do with that?

What will your place be in this new, interesting world? Will you have a voice? Will you be a creator, or just a consumer?

Do something.

Do something interesting.

Be a part of the conversation, and say something remarkable. Create something unique, new, beautiful. Build upon the works of others and transform it into your own.

How to do this?

Write a book. Or an ebook. Write poetry and publish it on the web. Create interesting, lovely or funny videos, put them on You Tube. Be passionate. Write a web app that will solve a problem in people’s lives. Become a watchdog to replace the faltering newspapers. Explore the world, and blog about it. Try something you’ve always been afraid to try, and put it on video. Be yourself, loudly. Start a new company, doing only one thing, but doing it very well. Start a business that does a service you’ve always wanted, or that you are frustrated with in other companies because the service sucks. Put your heart into something. Say something that no one else dares to say. Do something others are afraid to do… (cont’d here)

Post from ZenHabits.net

Yes sir! It’s about that time again. It’s saturday so I must get my hustle on today before I get smacked (wasted) tonight. Feel me? I’ve found a great balance. I hustle till the sun comes down, until sun up I’m wasted.

Sorry such a short post, but money is calling me and I gotta answer.

I’m not new to this, I’m true to this.

Yes ladies and gentleman I have uncovered the answer and the secret behind the age old question, “Does size matter?”. Nope. I did not discover this until very recently, last week I believe. I’m not sure who did it but someone taught us to believe that if a man does not have a penis at least 6 inches long and thick enough to fill your kitty then you should proceed no further. We have been taught that the vagina can be stretched out, there’s only so many miles you can put on it, and then it’s a waste. That’s why men like younger women right?

I have news for you my friend. There is saving for your vagina whether its been stroked for decades or you just began with an 8 inch monstrosity.

It’s all up to the woman.

Sex feels good depending on the woman and what she knows, and what she should know is how to flex her PC muscles. If you properly and regularly exercise your PC muscles then your vagina will be able to adjust to the size of the man’s penis and remain that way for the duration of the sexual encounter. So what does this mean? Your vagina should never be stretched out, and he should never feel too small. Allow me to explain what the PC muscle is. According to Answers.com…

“A muscle formed of the fibers of the elevator muscle of the anus, arising from the pelvic surface of the body of the pubis, and attaching to the coccyx.

The pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, that stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone) forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs. It is part of the levator ani group of muscles.

Kegel exercises

Kegel exercises are a set of exercises designed to strengthen and give voluntary control over the pubococcygeus muscles. They are often referred to simply as “kegels”. These exercises also serve to contract the cremaster muscle in men, as voluntary contraction of the pubococcygeus muscle also engages the cremasteric reflex, which lifts the testicles up, although this does not occur in all men. This will make the penis rise, and control can be achieved with practice.”

Do your Kegels ladies and gentlemen!

My personal experience learning this went something like as follows. For one, I began to practice Kegels earlier this summer heavily (as soon as I could understand what they did). I read books over the Tao and I study Tantra. So last week I began to have a sexual encounter with a potential suitor when he pulled his clothes off and I was surprised. It was not was I usually get and not what I expected. Seeing how it had been so long since I had gotten some (you can read this post to find out how important that is to me) I decided to make the best of it and enjoy him at his core which is a kingly man… yang energy at its best. So we began and as I expected I wasn’t enjoying myself truly. Then I had to stop myself and think “Hey, I have the necessary tools to make this the experience I want this to be. Why don’t I use it?”. I proceeded to clench my PC muscle and grasp him more and more. I would be lying my ass off if I said that didn’t make all the difference in the world!!! We became more passionate than I ever pictured the two of us to be together!

We took a break.

The 2nd round was even more amazing than the first because somehow my vagina became tighter than before. I guess that’s what happens when you squeeze him like an insane mad woman. We even had trouble getting it in for a moment! But when we did it was like magic and I was proud of myself for mastering something that will keep me satisfied for the rest of my life.
